恒例！春一番イースターバーべキュー

過ぎてしまいましたが、皆さまハッピーイースター♪♪イースターとは？？と思う方もいらっしゃると思いますが、イースターとは、キリストの復活祭。生まれ変わりの意味を込めて、ひよこや卵を飾ったり、うさぎをかたどったチョコレートやパンが作られるが、ウサギは多産なので、生命の象徴。

毎年、イースターホリデーは、日本のゴールデンウィークの様に連休になるので、皆さん、旅行に出かけたり、家でのんびりしたり、家族で過ごしたりと休暇を楽しみます。
我が家では、バーベキュー。家を購入してからイースターの恒例行事にしようと決めたのです。
今年は、去年よりもたくさんのゲストを呼び、気合いも十分入ってたのに・・・・

あいにくの雨と曇り＋寒いときたので、外で焼くだけ焼いて、室内ホームパーティーに急遽変更です。さぁ、果たしてゲストの皆さん、お部屋い納めるのでしょうか・・・・？？
海老とトマトのさっぱりマリネ。このぷりっぷりの海老・・・・海老が苦手な私でも美味しく頂ける一品。

Unfortunately, it has been cold and cloudy with rain, so we only cook outside and hurry to prepare the dining room for a party inside. Refreshing marinated prawn and tomato. · · · · The prawn dish is delicious.

ワインのおつまみ。オリーブ・リーズ・ドライトマト・クラッカーも勢ぞろい。私の大好物ばかりで目が♥。こーゆーのをちびちび食べながら、ワインを飲むのが大好きなんです。私。

Snacks with wine. Olive-studded tomato and crackers. ♥ just my favorite. I love eating it snacks whilst sipping wine.

シーザーサラダに、柚子胡椒味のそうめんサラダ。久しぶりにシーザーサラダを作りましたが、シーザーサラダはサラダの王者だな。美味しいし、みんなが好き。
柚子胡椒味のそうめんサラダは、アクセントに胡麻油をたらり。あとはお醤油とだしです。
さっぱりしてて、お肉を食べた後の、お口直しに♪

The Caesar salad, noodle salad of citron pepper taste. I haven't made Caesar salad in a long time, I use to be great at making it. Luckily, it delicious and everyone enjoyed!. I also made another salad of citron pepper and sesame oil taste. The rest is soy sauce. ♪ The salad is really refreshing, great after eating meat to cleanse your palate

本日のゲストの数・・・・自分達を含めて１３人！！！わぉっっ！でもなんとかなるものですね・・・・ちょうど、サッカーの試合中だったので、男性陣はキッチンのマックでユナイテッドと続いてシティーの試合観戦に夢中！！！

The number of guests today · · · · 13 people, including ourselves! ! ! ~Tsu ~Tsu Wow! · · · · It was during a game of soccer, the guys were crazy to watch the game; United followed by City, watching on the kitchen TV!

女性陣は、た～くさんの美味しい食べ物と飲み物を目の前に喋りながら、飲み食いに夢中！！
私・・・・外で頑張ってバーベキューをしている主人を時々気使いつつ、一度椅子に座っちゃったら、動きたくなくなっちゃって・・・・話に夢中。もちろん飲み食いにも・・・（汗）
こんな、ドタバタイースターバーべキュー。真夜中まで続きました・・・・。楽しい時間は過ぎるの早し！！又、今週末にもやります。（しつこい！）
